FOX & FILLMORE The Fox Theatre and Fillmore Detroit, neighboring venues, play host to the biggest concerts Detroit has to offer--along with some plays in musicals, in the Fox's case. Both are famous for their beautiful, archaic interior, enough so to earn awe even from the most popular performers. |

FORD FIELD Normally, Ford Field plays host to the Detroit Lions. But it lends itself out to other events and conventions while football is in its off-season. You can catch the occasional Lions practice, on those days they allow observation, but expect more monster truck rallies and concerts than anything during summer. |

THE MAJESTIC One of the less affluent venues in Detroit, the Majestic has its popularity among locals nonetheless. It plays host to performers of lower profile than you might find at the Fox or Fillmore, so it's popular with the indie crowd. Plus, it's got a pretty bangin' restaurant, and even an attached bowling alley! |
